I am very sorry that your experience on your order from Nov 2020 was not what you had expected, Thank you for now bringing this issue to our attention.
You are right the website does give an approx lead time of 3 days. But at that time of year there is a very large number of orders being processed, and in turn the impact of COVID and delivery company delays hadextended those times for a short period purely due to the large volume. We take on board your comments regarding the website and will pass these comments to our continuous improvement team to discuss.I have also investigated this with the booking team and explained your dissatisfaction with them. Again I apologize for the lack of empathy displayed with your booking.
