My husband has been in contact with Collette to try to resolve all the issues with this trip. We look forward to the resolution of these issues...so far the response has been prompt but unacceptable.

the rooms in one of the hotels left much to be desired. The setting was breath taking but the facility was disappointing. We were told this is a UNESCO site and no changes could be made to the hotel
