Thank you for your review, I am so sorry to hear that this has happened. I have just looked into your order and you placed it at 4:12pm on Friday. Unfortunately our order cut off is at 4pm as this is when the courier collects our parcels, this is clearly stated on our website. Our parcels also only get picked up Monday-Friday, which is also explained on our website, so this means that as you missed the Friday cut off, the parcel was picked up yesterday and it will be delivered today as the next working day. I can see from the parcel tracking info that your parcel was loaded onto the Fedex van for delivery to you at 7:37 this morning so it will be with you today. I can totally understand your frustration and we take matters like this very seriously but hopefully this information clearly explains what has happened. Kind regards, Joey Coleman
