Sorry to hear you experienced poor service with Yodel. We have tried other courier companies, and unfortunately, none of them are 100% perfect. However, we do take feedback on board and monitor the service level of the couriers companies, so we can ensure we are delivering the best service and value for money. Hi Ian, I have looked into this further and can see that we forwarded your email to our warehouse immediately on the 8th April and requested they follow up with you directly. I apologise if they didn't do this. I have just sent them an email for a full explanation. In response to your 2nd question, yes we do add your details to our marketing list when you want to send in an enquiry using the contact form, however, we also mention very clearly under the form about Data Preferences below, which allows you to immediately unsubscribe OR use our email address to make contact. Clearly, you chose the latter option which was the right thing to do, and as I have said earlier, the 3rd party warehouse we use should have contacted you directly that same day with an update.
