Obviously we take all our customer feedback very seriously, which is why I'd like to follow up with your comment regarding the sundress fading... I am assuming this is the Seafolly Byron Kaftan in Fluorescent Coral, please confirm?
Some fading can occur with Fluoro colours, but we would expect that more with the swimwear (as indicated on the labels) but we've had no similar fading occurring with the outerwear. We'd be very happy to look at the Kaftan for you and take this up with Seafolly, therefore replacing it or reimbursing you, whatever is most appropriate.
