I didn't get any confirmation of delivery date. I called 9 working days after my order and no-one could tell me why it hadn't been delivered within timescales, or when it would be delivered. Better...

We're sorry that you're unhappy with the time it took to deliver your order. Delivery times during the summer promotion are up to 20 working days as stated in the terms and conditions. We experienced a large spike in demand and are working through these orders as quickly as possible with lead times dropping every day. We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations this time and hope that you'll see fit to give us another chance in future.
