I have had deliveries from them before but the only problem they never keep you updated in regards to delivery timings that is disputed asking if you need a phone call a day before.
Thought I would try them with a small order and ticked the box for a call the day before. No call but fortunatley I happened to be in. I asked the driver and he said they never do call. My coal...

The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day.
