I have used Coal2U before and had problems with overcharging. On this occasion I was told my delivery would come within 5-7 working days and that I would be called a day before to confirm delivery. ...

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Our delivery times tend to differ throughout the seasons and can increase slightly in winter. In regards to the overcharging on your previous order, I have looked into your account history and this was resolved with our Query Resolutions Team. The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. This process is run first thing every morning so unfortunately when you contacted us in the afternoon this procedure was already underway and cannot be altered. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in future.
