good service but need to improve on communication and customer service
Initially they were in regular contact but after a while getting hold of them on the phone was almost impossible. They should improve alot on that aspect. In general they provided me a good service.

Stressful, painful and dissapointing
In my opinion it was slow, inconsistent, lack of communication and support.

Very good service
Clear direction and guidelines. Single point of contact also valued. Some unnecessary marketing and link selling but always handled professionally.
