Firstly let me say how disappointed I am to hear that you were unhappy with your course of study with CloudLearn.
I have checked our system and you only contacted your tutor once (Saturday the 7th of February - your tutor responded on Monday the 9th) regarding past papers. Your tutor directed you to the relevant resources on the VLE.
You can make as much use of your tutor as possible over the duration of your course, so I don't understand why you think the support is limited as this is not the case.
All of the course information in relevant to the awarding body specification - our course map directly to the syllabus and as such prepare you for the specific examination/s.
Our courses are fully digital and interactive. They allow you to access your learning materials, assessments and support from any smart device. The include text, audio, animations, video and simulations. They include randomised formative assessment and mock examination...all of which is intended to prepare you for examination within a given time frame.
I notice you only enrolled on the course 3 weeks ago so there will be elements of the course that you are yet to access.
We do also provide our study guides in print so that students have that format option, as not all students like to access the materials digitally.
I also notice from the system that you have accessed the site 158 times since your enrollment, and have completed a number of online assessments and viewed lesson and videos etc....all things that would not be possible with a textbook.
In summary I think its a little unfair to suggest that what we offer is an outrageously over priced online textbook, given that you have only accessed about 5% of the course and have only contacted your tutor once. Your course has full tutorial support for a period of 2 years, use of which I am sure you will benefit from in coming weeks/months as you work towards your examination. As I am sure you are aware, we are extremely competitively priced given the alternatives on the market.
I would also like to point out that 95% of our students think the CloudLearn Product is 'Excellent'.
I am also very disappointed that you rated our service as 'Bad', given that you have not contacted us with any of your concerns.
I would welcome your call so that we might help you appreciate the course of study as much as our other students do.
