Hello there, I am sorry that you haven't had the service you were expecting from us. Your parcel left us 3 working days after your order was placed. It was sent by Royal mail and as mentioned in previous emails, it is out for dispatch. Once things leave here we have no control over it I am afraid, however I will look into it again and I will come back to you via email.

Not used yet but the products look fabulous and seem really soft and comfortable, without being too bulky. We think they are going to be brilliant and seem to be just what we were looking for!
Close parent was really slow at delivering my ordered goods, The delivery is very pricey too, definitely not worth it. I didn't speak to customer service.

Hello there, I am very sorry that you have been unhappy with the delivery of your goods. I can see that your order was between Christmas and new year. We were closed during this time and all orders received during this period were not processed until our return in the new year, as stated on our website. Sorry for any disappointment.
