We are sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced requesting a cancellation of your Samsung tablet. We understand that living with anxiety can be challenging, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. As our team informed you, the tablet had already been shipped via a third-party courier, and it was not possible to stop the delivery. We do appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the Easter holiday delays. Returning the item over the double bank holiday would have a caused delay which is unfortunately out of our control as postal services do not operate.
