Precise, clear information - that is what one wants
Precise clear information. No attempts to persuade us to take the private health insurance available. No special offers, reductions, etc. which would have put us off taking the policy. Holly readily...

Only negative comment i have to make is i was unable to contact them on my phone for some unknown reason after they 1st tried to contact me
