Thank you for your review when staying at one of our apartments in Clarendon House, Kew. I'm sorry you had a problem with the noise from the pipes; had we been aware, we would have resolved this for you. Currently the guest in situ reported the same issue and we have now replaced the taps and the noise is no longer present. We are pleased to know that you felt the apartment in general warranted 5 stars. Thank you for your feedback of one of our apartments at Pepys Street in The City of London. As you had such a short stay with us our housekeeping team operate a weekly service for fresh towels and bed linen so you would need to stay over 7 nights for this to be of benefit. All our duvets and pillows are feather but on request we can provide a non-feather variety, if you should choose to stay with us again.
