We open the car park and start first pickups after 7.30am as you discovered when calling. We try to answer calls prior to opening so that our customers are not ignored as we are know how people may forget our opening times. We understand that people sometimes may change their minds and want to disembark earlier then the times provided when booking as in your case. We do offer an early service if required which is pre arranged, there is no extra charge for this. We understand your frustration of leaving earlier than our operating times and having to wait before pickup, there was also a slight delay around Southampton that morning due to the weather. As you mentioned just a "niggle", we thank you for saying how "great" the service was and how "excellent" the cost was, as this is our main aim. As a family run business we try to go the extra mile and simply want to provide affordable, safe, secure parking for our customers where they get to keep their keys! which is often missed as no other cruise park and ride lets you keep your keys.
