Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the fit of the trousers did not meet your expectations. While the waist size was correct, we understand that the rise measurement from the waist to the crotch has made the trousers uncomfortable for you, even after alterations. We appreciate your detailed comments regarding the leg length and overall fit, as this information helps us review our sizing and product specifications. We're sorry that one pair will need to be returned and regret any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope we can provide a better experience for you in the future.
