However, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the courier service used for your recent delivery. We appreciate that customers may have preferences when it comes to delivery providers. However, at present, we do not offer the option to select a preferred courier when placing an order. We work with a specific courier network for our deliveries, and orders are dispatched using the services available through that network.
