Thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your parcel arrived damaged in transit. We understand how disappointing it is to receive an order in this condition. I can see that you have already returned the items and two separate refunds, which include the postage cost have been issued back to your original payment method. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur while parcels are being handled by the courier, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention. If you need any further help please contact us.

Thanks for your feedback. It is such a shame your order did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I can see that both the return and refund have been dealt with for you. I have reviewed your order and can confirm that the offer used at the time of purchase did not include free postage. As a result, the standard delivery charge was correctly applied when the order was processed. We understand this may be disappointing, particularly if you have previously received offers that included free postage. However, promotional benefits can vary between offers, and unfortunately the promotion applied to your order was not one that included free delivery. If you need any further help please contact us.
