Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the order wasn't received. I can confirm that your parcel has now been received back at our warehouse. Unfortunately, a refund was processed instead of a replacement order being issued. This occurred because a later delivery date was requested after the order had already been dispatched. In response, a stop and return request was raised with the courier to have the parcel returned to us. As there was no return information enclosed with the parcel, it was processed in line with our returns policy and an automatic refund was issued upon receipt. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. The refund has been credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Unfortunately, your order experienced an unexpected delay whilst in transit with the courier. We understand how disappointing this can be and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
