We do send out offers to our customers via email quite often to keep them up to date with special deals. Thank you for your time and feedback. I am sorry to hear the delivery on your goods took so long. I have had a look into your account and can see you placed an order for these goods on 29/8. The order was dispatched from our warehouse on 2/9 with Royal Mail. Unfortunately our warehouse is not open of a weekend, which means this called a slight delay to the dispatch of your goods. Our advised delivery time is 7-10 working days on all orders so we do apologize if your delivery was over this time period.
