With reference our recent phonecall, I am glad I had the opportunity to speak to you direct to resolve these issues for you. As the oven is sent directly from the supplier these type of items generally take slighty longer to arrive. We do suggest that you return any items that aren't suitable/faulty/not as advertised for inspection and we would be happy to offer a replcaemnet or refund. I have credited your account with free P&P as a gesture of goodwill. We hope you give us a chance to prove ourselves again soon. Kind regards

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our delivery service, although our records do show that your parcel was delivered within two days when we do advise it can take upto 10 days. We do hope however you are happy with your purchase. Kind regards
