We do however do free postage offers from time to time which are advertised to customers, but otherwise there will unfortunately be this postage charge. With reference to the product being badly creased we do apologize. I can assure you our products do not leave our warehouse in this way as they are checked before dispatch. This sounds like it has happened during transit. We will use your comments to look further into this with pour courier as we do not want customers items being delivered in a unsuitable state. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the slippers you purchased from us. We do offer a free returns service with collect+ for our customers to return any unsuitable goods to us with. Our returns policy is 14 days from when you receive the order for a refund, and 28 days for a exchange.
