I can see you contacted us to chase delivery 15th October, we did advise that the goods were lost in transit, and we reordered. I can see you signed for the goods yesterday. We do advise 7-10 days to allow for delays etc, but in this case the replacment was received within 2 days.
I do appreciate you had waited some time for the first delivery, but as you did not contact us to chase before the 15th October, this was our first chance to rectify the situation. We send our parcels in good faith, and if we do not hear anything from the customer, we will assume delivery has taken place.Please accept my apologies, and I am pleased this has finally been resolved for you.
