Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the stitching on your trousers has come away at the seam and that you noticed some bobbling before the item had been washed. Under normal circumstances, we would ask you to return the item to us using our free Evri returns service so that our Quality Control team can inspect the garment and investigate the reported fault. However, as you have advised that the trousers have been sewn and repaired, the item has now been altered from its original condition. Unfortunately, this means we are no longer able to assess the fault and the trousers are no longer covered under our returns guarantee. If you need any further help please contact us.
