We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery time. Our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-15 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long this takes.
We can see that your order is on route from the German Sorting Facilities to customs in your location country. Once the order lands there, the tracking will update with details for you and will be processed and scanned through your countries local postal services for delivery.
