My order was late, problems happen and it is how they are dealt with that is important. Issue dealt with extremely promptly and appropriately. Excellent helpful customer service.

Please note item arrived damaged and only one match stick in tact. reported to choc on choc however still no replacement delivered as agreed

Fantastic company shame about packing department!!
The products are amazing I have bought many!! But their packaging is bad as I always end up with something broken and this is such a shame when it is gifts!!
