Our returns team have looked further into this issue and do apologise if our returns procedure was not explained properly to you. With every returns form that accompanies each order instructions of how to return the order are displayed on the back. We do state for all customers who are returning their parcels to obtain proof of postage. This is very important as it does allow us, should a parcel be lost on return, to chase up the whereabouts of its location. This receipt is proof that the item(s) were returned to us via the free returns label which we provide with the order. We do apologise again if your purchase with us was not a good experience.
