Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our service, we are sorry that in this instance you feel the service received has not met our usual high standards. We take all complaints seriously, and have contacted the branch for further details on this case. It seems that in this instance, at the time of the new tenancy being organised, we were going through a change in property managers which is perhaps where the communication may have been lost. We are working on ensuring that there is a more stable team in property management so that this does not happen again.
