There is no support from Cheap Tickets. My Volaris trip from ACA to MEX was delayed by 2 hours a day before the trip. I called CheapTickets to cancel and they referred me to Volaris. Volaris refused...
Meh, checking out was awful, kept getting error messages, then I come to find out that I was charged (and refunded) all the previous times I tried to check out. Never had issues like that before

Easy to maneuver the site. Prices more than I expected. Not sure if I'll recommend this service. Should have checked other sites.
