Your order was dispatched and delivered before the promised time. The earrings match the product description and you had the option to return them for free free, for a full refund, if you found them not to be as expected.
On our website, where you write your gift note, we make clear gift notes are handwritten. Every product has a photo of the packaging and its gift packaging and you will find it will match the packaging received.
If you would like to let us know your thoughts on what we could have done to improve, your constructive feedback is valued.
On another note, you can still return your purchase for a full refund should you wish. If you no longer have the pre-paid returns label from your original order, please contact our customer services team on info@chainsofgold.co.uk and we will send you one.
