We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. We do send renewal invitations out 1 month before the policy is due and a reminder 14 days before, perhaps these have gone into your spam?

We are sorry that you have not found the service to be of the high standard Caunce O’Hara provide. Our renewal procedure is to send an invitation 1 month before the renewal date and then a further reminder two weeks before.
We do appreciate that some emails do not reach clients, or end up in junk email, and it seems this has been the case here. I can see the automatic renewal process has been switched off on your file, following discussions, and we will contact you prior to renewal next year to ensure you have received the communication.
