Insurance was renewed with no notification and taken using a different name leading me to believe it was a fraudulent transaction.

Hi Khairul,
Thanks for the review and I am sorry you have not received the renewal notices. I do believe Hotmail had an issue, which has now been resolved, but I will ensure we pick up the phone next year prior to renewing just to ensure all is okay. Any issues please do contact me directly.
Needed to check with them that my insurance had been renewed as my renewal date had passed and I had never received any confirmation or renewal notice.

Thanks for the review. I am sorry that you have not received the renewal communication, as we believe Hotmail had an issue which has been resolved. I have switched the auto renewal function off though just to check in with you next year and make sure you have received in advance of renewing.
