I found the whole process very easy to go through and felt I had good service and help when needed. I will certainly consider renewing or amending as time goes by.

On purchasing policies with us, our automatic renewal procedure is clearly explained in our Terms of Business. We are happy to turn this feature off if a client requests this and this would notify us to contact the client a week before the renewal date to see how they wish to proceed.
