We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal. We do have issues with Hotmail at times and would suggest checking your junk folder. I will remove the automatic renewal from your policies and we will contact you via the number you have provided in the future.

Easy to continue using CoH. Normally this means being charged more than the market rate. I don't know if this is happening, but don't have the time or energy to investigate for small annual ltd...
