I am sorry that you feel our prices are expensive as we do undertake regular market reviews to ensure we are competitive on our rating. I have flagged up your file to see if there is anything further we can do at renewal but you are currently benefiting from a sizeable rating discount, because of the introducer you came through, so I am unsure at this stage if it is possible but we will certainly flag up to raise at renewal.
The email notification in advance was excellent, being an annual purchase often means that, in today's busy world, it is hard to keep track of these items. The phone call fall up was invaluable too.
