We’re very sorry to hear that your item has not yet been received. We had not received any direct contact regarding a delivery issue, as tracking information is automatically provided at the time of dispatch so customers can monitor and manage delivery directly with the courier. However, we are always more than happy to step in and assist whenever needed. Upon seeing this review, we immediately contacted Parcelforce to investigate and were advised that the delivery address appears to be missing a house name, which is preventing successful delivery. We have attempted to call to resolve this but were unfortunately unable to leave a voicemail. We are currently awaiting confirmation of the full address details so we can update the courier and arrange delivery as quickly as possible. At Cast in Style, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and encourage customers to contact us directly so we can assist straight away.
