I am sorry to hear that your new printer does not take the larger capacity cartridges. This information should have been clearly specified by the supplier you purchased your printer from, to help you make an informed decision about cartridge capacity.
Researching the capacity of the inks is very important, as purchasing a printer that can only take a smaller capacity cartridge can make printing less cost effective. To help lower your cost per printer, you may want to consider purchasing our own brand products; they are excellent value for money and come with a 2 year warranty for your peace of mind.
