Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
The issue you have seems to be with the car you purchased from the supplying dealer. The sales advisor in question should have advised that you thoroughly check & test drive the vehicle before your purchased it. Was this the case?
As we're a broker we only supply the finance obviously and it should have been your choice as to which car you wanted to buy. Is the dealer rectifying the issues for you now?
I'll make sure your complaint gets looked in to tomorrow.

No the issue was passed on to a superior and another car was sought after. That went smoothly thank you.
But as for the first vehicle several things were not told or advised and I sent emails in disgust bit was told everything was ok. So I went ahead and purchased the first vehicle blindly. No phone call to carry out procedures to say whether or not I was happy and no one spoke to dealer to close the sale.
So as I said im still out of pocket and had to pat tax on new car for the same month as purchasing the other tax for the other car. I was advised but the superior to take this company to the small claims court to get my money back but how can I do that without the persons details? I emailed asking for this as I know you have it because the company exchanged details not me. Yet no one wants to give me this information to carry on with my claim why? How can I enjoy my new car if im still worried about how to claim back my money from the first transaction in the same month.

So, just to clarify you are trying to get a refund from the first dealership where you paid a for road tax and/or a deposit?
Please confirm and i'll locate the dealer details for you. Did you not call the dealer yourself initially to pay over the phone? If so, you should have the details of who you spoke with etc?

Yes I still have the Dealers Tel Number but he just brushed me off and said it was in the post. I then tried calling and txt the following 2 weeks later to say I will be pressing charges against him only to receive a message saying good luck.
This isn't right at all it was Car Finance who set up all this deal and have just felt as though oh she has another car now so forget about her getting her money back for her previous loss!!
Yet i'm still waiting.
I have all the correspondents for this whole transactions but no information for me to start my claim.
If you can get the dealers full name I will be able to go ahead as the company I think I have as the vehicle is still up for sale with Tax as its my tax disc. I too have the reciept and proof of purchase via my card but can do nothing without the vehicle being in my name or without tax disc. plus each month I loose £44 for no sending the tax disc back.
So as you can see i'm loosing out.

£469 TOTAL . All receipts are here for proof for the courts with time and dates.
I wont hold my breath because I've lost trust in this company.
I fixed the lights my money
Me and my partner drove all the way to Chesham, at 9:30pm then back into London from Chesham in his car so that's fueling both cars to take back their vehicle which they refused to collect themselves so that i could close the case.
car wasn't road legal without reverse lights and brake lights so had to fix to take it back. They refused to pay the rest of deposit, then took my bank details and promised to put n the bank, but nothing just an excuse saying gave wrong details. minus Tax disc.
If i was a mean person I would ask them for compensation but all want is what I lost as I really cannot be bothered with them on a whole.

I'll get the garage details tomorrow and my advice would be to issue a claim online here - https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome
They'll soon pay up if they don't want a CCJ against their name!
I think there's a £40 fee to file the claim online (it can be done in a few simple steps) and i'm sure we can cover this as a good will gesture to help you obtain your money back.

I would really appreciate that help as I just want it over and done with so that I can enjoy my new vehicle that I have now, and not be out of pocket.
I shall await someone contacting me with the information required to support me with getting this claim dealt with.

Thank you for your feedback and i'd like to apologise profusely for the lack of contact while your advisor was off sick.
It's not good enough for your application to be placed "on-hold" as you say and we're taking this criticism on-board. So much so that we'll be introducing a "Buddy" system where agents team up with other agents to cover deals whilst on holiday & sickness.
I can only apologise again and hope that you'll give us a second chance in the future. Customer service is incredibly important and we don't enjoy receiving negative reviews.
