Regarding timescales for document collation and our internal assessments, I do take your point on this - what we find is that if we rigorously undertake the document collection and internally underwrite, it flies though the lender processes and as a result over 99.7% of our applications submitted, lead to a formal mortgage offer. This does take time and we do strive to obtain an offer within 15-20 business days of receipt of all a clients documents. I can see that we finally received some Nat West Bank Statements from you on 7 March and I'm pleased to see that once received, we submitted the application to the lender on 14 March, securing you a mortgage offer on 23 March. This was within 12 business days - but I totally appreciate, getting the documents together, given the amount required is painful. I'm so glad you have secured your dream home and we really appreciate you choosing us.
