Easy and professional..
There was A 2 hr miscalculation on the pick up time . I sent an email and the error was promptly corrected by Alfredo.

Includes 4 beautiful attractions, but only a short visit each
Pros: very convenient for anybody who does not have private transportation. The tour includes 4 main must-see attractions, Tulum, Coba, Cenote and Playa del carmen. The price was not expensive....

Unnecessary added costs.
Main negative was that the guide pushed the need for natural sunscreen and bug spray and sold it to those that didn't have it. However, neither was necessary.

The resort was nice yet i was not impressed. The customer service from the resort wasvery poor! We had to call theftont deakseveral time before they would take care of us. I really did excpect....
