Thank you for your feedback, which is how we get to improve what we offer. Certainly, we will ensure that any oversights are mentioned and edited in order that they should be done rather than how Paul has filmed it in real time. This came up around 6 months ago so all tutorials since have been produced with this in mind.
We offer the course tools and ingredient tabs, but will look at having a breakdown per lesson.

I love you classes, have learned so very much from the classes with Paul. I do wish there were more classes for special occusion cakes, Mother's day, Father's day, Valentine day, beginning of school.

I love the fact that he is so detail oriented. My only issue is that some of the terminology I am not familiar with bit I eventually get it.

I would recommend the company I find the courses very easy to follow
service is fabulous, the courses online are full of information and lots of variety for different skill sets. Staff are always willing to help, never feel like your are being ignored or not...
