Just working on the next Pro Course now which is all about Pricing again, this time taking examples of 3 different cake designers with different running costs, salary requirements and ambitions and showing how they arrive at different pricing plans to meet their needs. Some very interesting stuff in there. Due out end of March 2017 :-)

Thank you. We often hear that more is learnt from Paul's mistakes than trying to portray him as perfect all the time. The camera and editing can do that, but that's not how it works in reality so like to leave it all there on show :-)
Paul is very good ,I like the fact he leaves his mistakes in and shows you how to fix them, All tutorials are very good and very easy to follow. I have learnt a great deal watching the videos.

Thank you for the lovely feedback. We found early on that viewers learn more from how he recovers from his mistakes rather than having a polished production with the mistakes edited out:-)
The tutorial are brilliant and I love the informality of Paul's teaching. The other tutors are good as well and such a variety. I am learning such a lot.
