Lovely lace parasol just the size I wanted. The paper parasol had a lovely pink pattern. Delivery time was very good and prices reasonable.

Couldn't even withdlstand London winds, the umbrella broke after the first day. Really disappointed considering I bought 1 for each member of the family :(

So sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with the duck umbrella! Unfortunately these duck umbrellas are on a traditional metal frame so are not sold as a wind resistant umbrella. I know the gusts of winds can be quite strong that whip around the buildings, so it can be difficult keeping the canopy into the wind. Fibreglass ribs and a wind resistant frame are always features to look out for when choosing an umbrella. I'll email you directly about the two duck umbrellas you bought and hopefully find a solution for you.
