quality is fabulous
Delivery was prompt, but disappointed with how my ceiling light was packed, every droplet was tackled in knots and took my absolutely ages to untangle.

Prompt delivery. Duvet set not value for money.
Prompt delivery. Pillowcases did not match duvet colour wise. Reverse duvet fabric did not coordinate just plain pale pink sheeting. Returns procedure not yet forthcoming even after requesting.
