Fantastic response time and great attitude from rep. Definitely would buy again from.
Never got the item. USPS claimed it would be delivered by April 15, Customer Service at Brio was of no help as to exact delivery date, Instead of sending one out Priority mail to Satisfy Customer...

It’s a good shaver it just doesn’t take all the hair off without no guard for me (A lot better then the Manscaped 3.0 that’s for sure)
