Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear that the bras you received were so different from what you were expecting. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you took the time to carefully follow our size guide and compare the measurements against a bra you already own that fits well. When you've done everything possible to select the correct size, it's understandably disappointing to find that the items are significantly larger than anticipated. We're also sorry to hear about the cost of returning the items. We appreciate that €25 is a considerable amount to pay, especially when the products were unsuitable and you were relying on the sizing information available when placing your order. We understand why this experience has left you reluctant to place another order, and we're sorry that we have not earned your confidence on this occasion. Your feedback regarding both the sizing guidance and the return costs is greatly appreciated and will be passed on to the relevant teams for review. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused and thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. Best wishes, Brastop.
