Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we have had a slight problem with our customers receiving confirmation e-mails but this has now been resolved, so you should receive one with your next order. Sometimes these can go into 'junk' folders so remember to check in there if you think you haven't received an order confirmation! Our free standard delivery takes 5 - 7 working days as quoted on the website, we still try to get our orders out as quickly as possible but as this is our busiest time of year we ask our customers to expect orders to take the full amount of time quoted.
