Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at your account with us and we have received no communication from you to inform us that the pump is broken. The air pump you have ordered is still under guarantee, i will arrange for Paul from Customer Services to contact you tomorrow to discuss the fault and arrange a replacement if it is a manufacturing fault.
