Disappointed when I ordered it on wednesday evening it took nearly a week to arrive [the following tuesday].

Thank you for your feedback, i apologise that you were disappointed with the delivery time. We do state on our website that standard delivery takes 5-7 working days and you received your order within 4 working days which is less than the time quoted.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you received your item later than you would have liked. We do state on our website that standard delivery is 5-7 working days. The summer months are our busiest time of year so we do ask our customers to expect their deliveries to take up to the full 5-7 working days as quoted, or if our customers need their order urgently we do offer either a 24 hour or 48 hour delivery at an extra cost.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I have had a look at your account and i can see that you experienced some problems with our courier company. I can confirm that we despatched your goods within the specified time frame however the couriers experienced some problems and the items were eventually returned back to us and we have now issued you a full refund at your request. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the courier company.
