Should you need your order urgently we also offer either 48 or 24 hour delivery at an extra cost. I have had a look at your order and can see that you paid the lowest postage cost of £2.99 which is the cost of standard delivery on orders weighing less than 1kg, and you received your item within 5 working days. Unfortunately with Heron deterrents there are no guarantee's, most Herons will usually react to something in the same way but there is the occasional Heron that is more persistent than others - as you have unfortunately found out. We usually receive great feedback from the Netfloat Heron Deterrant but i apologise that it has not been successful for you. Kind Regards Rachel Miller

I can see that you placed your order with us on the 23rd April and your order was placed on a standard delivery which takes 5 - 7 working days. We tried to contact you on the telephone number you provided before the end of the 5-7 working day period however we could not get through to you on the telephone number you provided so we sent you an e-mail with the details of the order being out of stock and explained that we would leave the item on a back order for you, and asked for you to get in touch if there were any problems. On the 6th May we received a phone call from you informing us that you were happy to wait for the order, which we despatched on the 5th June as advised. I do understand that this was an unusually long time period to wait for an item to get into stock, but i hope that you are pleased with the item you have now received. Kind Regards Rachel Miller
